CPA email submits - How do you set it up on your site?

What exactly do you do when you're setting up a CPA on your site?

Do you put a banner with a short version of the offer? Do you put a text link? I'm kind of confused to be honest.

If anyone help give some advice or show me an example, that would be great... Thanks!

I do banners. I think it works much better.

Especially those that has attractive graphics. People are always tempted to click.
