CPA companys that accept noobs[help needed]

So i just recently started learning about IM.I have read the forum alot and i already have many ideas how to get alot of traffic, but im not sure many companys accept 1st timers and i am sure that my traffic will not be high enought for some companys and they just stop the contract with me(?)I am not sure if they kick u if you are not bringing eny traffic.Enyways, i am hoping that there are some ppl out there who know alot about CPA companys and are willing to give me names of the ones i could get accepted too.I am not looking for a company that pays alot, i am just looking for experience and mayby a couple of dollars. :P

there are ways to get approves to good companys, but im a newbie and probly wont bring in mcuh traffic so they will probaly kick me or something.Im looking for a network that will accept newbies like me :P

2 days a go i have register on crakrevenue and now i constantly get message:

"You have successfully completed our application form. Please allow us the time to carefully review your information.

Shortly, you?ll receive an email from us which will confirm the status of your application."

How long do i have to wait? Is this normal?

(I can't send you PM on blackhat, but my nick in blackhat is same as on crakrevenue)
 
I recently joined Adworkmedia. Cannot really say if they are good or bad yet.

It was easy to get approved there.
 
I can't express enough how much having an email address containing your site name will help your applications. Some CPA networks even automatically filter out applications that don't just to avoid spam.
