CPA companys that accept noobs[help needed]

So i just recently started learning about IM.I have read the forum alot and i already have many ideas how to get alot of traffic, but im not sure many companys accept 1st timers and i am sure that my traffic will not be high enought for some companys and they just stop the contract with me(?)I am not sure if they kick u if you are not bringing eny traffic.Enyways, i am hoping that there are some ppl out there who know alot about CPA companys and are willing to give me names of the ones i could get accepted too.I am not looking for a company that pays alot, i am just looking for experience and mayby a couple of dollars.

How long do i have to wait? Is this normal?

I can't express enough how much having an email address containing your site name will help your applications. Some CPA networks even automatically filter out applications that don't just to avoid spam.
