Most likely a 100USD giftcard. There are tonnes man. Just look around ;)
 
I've handed out flyers for a subway gift card CPA offer with good results.
 
Remember not put a link directly to the CPA offer on these flyers. Its always best to have the flyer point to your own domain (where you can setup a 301 direct). This is because the CPA offer may be taken down by the time the end user tries to access it
