CPA and Twitter

Hey all, first post on BHW, love this community.
I recently started with CPA, I'm on MaxBounty and Peerfly atm.
I was wondering why nobody seems to be using twitter to create traffic, I tried it out a couple of time and got good traffic but absolutely no conversion on more than 600 visitors.
I know that Peerfly allow very few to no twitter traffic, but those test were with MaxBounty, which do not seems to block twitter.

Anybody have experience using twitter or why such a low conversion rate?

I will ask my affiliate manager tomorrow about traffic and conversion with twitter, until then, blast your responses.

You just answered your own question. If you read many of the other posts, you'll see that getting traffic from Twitter isn't the problem, it's that no one buys or completes offers. I'm sure someone's having success with it, but your experience seems to be the norm.

Thanks for the replies,
When you say use facebook for traffic, how do you create raffic from it appart from a ppc from facebook ads (I'l experiment it soon) or fanpage creation?

For this Twitter stuff, I hired a couple people on fiverr to tweet and retweet different message to test offer and conversions.

I tried posting some leads on popular fanpage, but they usually get deleted quite fast, I know it is not subtile, but hey why not give it a shot.

What do you suggest for facebook traffic?

you are not getting conversions from twitter traffic because 90% of your clicks are from bots.

The conversion rate will be low, because most of twitter traffic is junk, as its been spammed to death.

You need to get creative, and think how you can generate targeted traffic.

try adscend they allow twitter , i get better results using twitter depends on the quality of your followers and niche, but i really dont like facebook anymore

Facebook is for the pro's mostly .. that are running legit apps, other that than there are ways to get "SOME" traffic but you won't get viral...

Without coding knowledge and legit apps, facebook is pretty dead these days.

That is absolute horse sh!t. I'm no expert by any means but by reading the forums you pick up enough to pull some viral traffic. I don't mean 30,000,000 people but 500,000+ seems viral to me.

Do you sit and watch your incoming twitter tweets all day long? You imagine other people do? Like others have stated, you need to find ways that people use twitter and how to target your tweets (offers). I personally have better results with twitter offers than any other - no brainer.

I'm starting a new web service that will take all the guess work out of twitter targeting and get massive results for tweeters. PM me if interested in getting in early and securing your affiliate website.
