Cpa and Paid Traffic

I wanted to start with paid traffic for cpa. until now I have only used free traffic. I've never really dealt with paid traffic until now.
what kind of paid traffic could you recommend to me?
I've seen that push traffic is very cheap, but I don't know if it is good for cpa
