I tried to post my CPA Affiliate link on Social Media Group and Pages but it’s not allowing me to post that kind of link on there platform.

How can I do that to direct post my affiliate link to social media groups?

I don't think the well known social networks allow direct linking to affiliate offers. That's why you need a landing page.

Most social media platforms block those links. You will have to make a landing page yourself and share that link on facebook & the rest.

Posting direct link to aff links it's a common mistake when you just starting
It's time to learn now about cloaking and landing pages.
