Finding CPA offers for my niche (medical related) is impossible. I've checked most major CPA affiliate sites (oDigger,OfferVault, and Clickbooth to name a few) and have come up empty handed.
My question is this - Can I invite companies to these CPA affiliates (i.e. clickbooth)?
Can I set up my own CPA advertising with these companies directly? Are there scripts around the internet floating around? Is it difficult to run i.e. tracking, leads, etc?
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
