depend on the condition. honestly a lot of people either overreach or underreact with this pandemic.
it's enought if you keep pshycal distancing, and make sure you wash your hand before touching your face or mouth.

Keeping the people safe by beating them up...honestly, the whole goal of this curfew, social distancing, etc. is to stop places of being over-crowded. Two dudes on a motorbike, who cares? When people don't understand ( or they act as they don't understand ) that it's a quarantine period in the entire country ( even in the entire World ) and they MUST Stay in their homes, I think this is the weakest action the police can take against them ( and, from my point of view, this is also a funny one ). The jail may be the other response, but I think this can be harmful to the two guys, rather than some sticks.

Mea culpa: A few weeks ago I made laugh about this virus. Now things seem to changed. This is because I didn't understand very well the power of this virus ( and this is, most of the time, how we act: We tend to make laugh about something we don't understand ) and how harmful can it be.
