Hello all. Newbie here. Are there courses that teach SMM Panel/, free or paid?. Specifically, how to generate views/users for Twitch/Youtube etc. Will be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

In a smm panel you are not generating anything. You are connecting to a smm provider via api and reselling it. Here is an old thread about setting it up:
