In ThemeForest you can find some SMM panels template in PHP. Then you’ll just have to upload it to your hosting and it’s done. For the service, you’ll have to use API to resell service or just do the service by yourself but it’s a great investment in time and you need skills.

first of all you need the main supplier for the services to use the api from. Then only you can compete with the other panel's pricing.
And trust me find the main supplier ain't easy and even though you end up finding one then they demands huge order base from the start which you will not have.

They just rent the same script everyone else is offering. Then use the api of all the other sellers/resellers. 99% of people on here selling are resellers and it’s not hard to spot especially when they don’t even change the name or the service and you get the same followers or people liking your stuff lol.

The sellers out there in this category will not share this I think. It will mean more competition for them.
You're right but OP and i want to know, how do they have many accounts and how do they manage this big setup of accounts. Not resllers but main party

They got brilliant mind for managing all this and powerfull coding skills to bypass or fool the system. It becomes handy though when you get used to it, same like any other business but its so hard to figure out new things after an update but again they make so much so they can hire more advanced coders.
And managing everything is all automated that can be tracked with proper analysis system that they have in backend.
