I am submitting this Dispute because I was deliberately targeted and scammed through an orchestrated scheme that began on BlackHatWorld and continued off platform through fake domains, a fake forum, and a fake escrow system.
The scam started with a direct initiation on BlackHatWorld. A user contacted me privately and positioned himself as helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended that I buy a service through what he claimed was Runion, described as a large and trusted Russian forum with escrow protection and first hand sellers. This initial contact is critical because without that BlackHatWorld initiation, none of the following would have occurred.
The user sent me specific domain links related to Runion. These domains are not indexed on Google, have no organic SEO footprint, and are not discoverable through normal search. This means the sites are not meant to be publicly found. They are only accessible if someone directly sends you the links. That alone indicates intent and orchestration rather than coincidence.
The domains presented a fully built forum environment with escrow, support accounts, file sharing, and seller profiles. However, everything inside this ecosystem is controlled by the same actors. The forum, the escrow, the support accounts, and the file delivery system all operate together and are not independent in any way.
I was told that paid registration was normal. I paid a subscription fee and later entered a Telegram escrow group that was presented as neutral protection. In reality, the escrow was operated by the same group that controlled the forum and seller. Funds were confirmed received, but once money was locked, new conditions and additional payments were introduced.
Multiple payments were demanded after escrow confirmation under the excuse of stock changes and urgency. Delivery consisted of a locked file link hosted on the same fake Runion domain. The files did not match what was agreed, did not prove any real service delivery, and required additional steps outside escrow to even attempt access.
When I raised concerns and requested clarification or refund, the escrow refused transparency, blocked file delivery through Telegram, and defaulted to vague rules. Refund requests were denied. This confirmed that escrow was not neutral and was simply a control mechanism within the scam.

I attempted to resolve this issue directly and calmly at every stage.
Before sending payments, I repeatedly asked for detailed confirmation of what would be delivered and whether everything was covered by escrow. The seller explicitly confirmed this multiple times in writing.
After the first payment, when additional money was requested, I asked for clarification and agreed only after being assured that escrow coverage remained intact.
After delivery, when the files did not match what was agreed and access was restricted, I immediately raised the issue in the escrow chat and asked for either proper delivery or a refund.
I requested that files be delivered directly in Telegram for transparency. This was refused. I asked which rules prevented this. No clear rules were provided.
I explicitly requested a refund once it became clear that payments were being escalated and delivery was not legitimate. This request was ignored and dismissed.
At no point was a genuine resolution attempt made by the seller or escrow. All responses were evasive or designed to push further compliance.
What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I am requesting that BlackHatWorld staff review this case, take action against the user who initiated contact with me on BlackHatWorld, and prevent this method of off platform funneling from being used on other members.
I am also seeking acknowledgment that this was a coordinated scam using BlackHatWorld as a trust entry point, and appropriate moderation action based on that finding.
