Never used an SMM Panel before , and i have a low budget so i do not want to waste my money ,
So please could you recommend me an smm panel to help me rank some videos safely " i do not want to blow up :d " i only want to get noticed as growing organically these days with this high competition is very hard
Note : My channel did not get monetiztion enabled yet so please recommend an smm panel with good retention views based on your recent experience !

It's hard for people to recommend smm panels for services, as the services offered, quality of services, pricing, minimum and maximum order quantities, delivery speeds, etc. can change over time. Right now, most major panels advertised in the Social Media section of the market place that are selling YouTube services, are working okay. Best thing you can do is search there for a panel that has the services you need at the prices you're happy with, and check the last few pages of replies to the thread to make sure there isn't any negative reviews for the services you're interested in, customer support, refunds/guarantees, etc. Most panels offer a dollar or two of trial credit, if they do be sure to contact them so you can do a small test before making a deposit.
Regarding your budget, if you don't have much money to spend and can't really afford to waste it, put as much time as you can into learning how to rank videos before considering making a purchase. Maybe upload some quick videos that target very low competition keywords in your niche and try to rank those without panels/botting; work on your on page optimization (title/tags/description/thumbnail) and channel optimization, and see if you can get it something to stick a ranking on page 1. You increase the chance of succeeding with more competitive videos that require buying views/likes/dislikes/comments/shares/embeds/etc. a lot by practicing with much lower competition keywords first.
Most people who buy views for the first time get excited about the numbers and the possibilities but they end up getting no where as they didn't buy their services the right way. Anyways, most if not all of the info you need can be found throughout other threads on the forum; do your research and you'll be fine
