Could this substitute even 20 vps?

Hey! Not so long ago, I found out that on web, there are "windows emulators". It's like new framework on your pc, that you can work on, like vps from the same pc.

NOT TESTED YET, only asking if this could work.

Why should this be interesting?

There is the idea - if you have old pc / ntbook, you are not using, install emulators and open few of them. Run vpn in every one of them to change ip of browser running in every each of them and go do what you'd be doing at multiple vps'es.

Could this work? Ty.

Slows down your pc a lot if you want to run 20 emulators at the same time you need a beefy PC.
definitely not doing it on an old pc/notebook.

and why do you want to go out of your way to run 20 diff emulators for just 20 diff IPs? what do you want to do with them?

It is not the computer that determines the WAN IP address. It is the ISP. Running 20 emulators on the same IP line will result in the same IP for all computers. Only the internal network IP would be different for each emulator.

I think i know which page you're talking about, and you can't install software in those, just browse firefox with different ips.

Same IP for all
Low specs for each instance, probably not even possible to do 20 at a time
Much lower internet connection speed
