Could this be spammy backlinks?

I paid a freelancer to build backlink to my blog, up to 1k links, is been a month and I'm not seeing any backlink when I use ahref,

I'm only seeing 6 links from one site if I check with semrush and seoreviewtool.

He sent me a copy of the link source which I checked (he did build it), but is it not showing up?

Currently I went back to analyze each domain he built link from, and I found out that those domains are having high backlinks but no traffic, could they be spammy backlink? I wanna disavow it.

Profile backlinks are okay, they would not necessarily rank your site but they won't hurt either.

It is usually not recommend to disavow links unless you're sure they're negatively impacting your site.

1k links overnight. This is usually not a good sighn

Well, it's going to take a while to index 1000 links.

Also...did you ask someone to build 1000 links to your money page in a month...?

Buying 1 link these days is like $$$$

If you got 1k links it's almost certainly some kind of blast.

suggest for you not to disavow anything. just concentrate on getting solid backlinks.

google pretty much ignores shitty backlinks these days... so stop worrying about it.

where did you find this freelancer? seoclerk? fivver? BHW?!
 
Think logically. How many visitors do you currently have to your website? If you only have a few people visiting your site, then who is building thousands of links? Google knows it's you.

There are some interesting things going on with those domains. Would you mind PMing me the service/provider you used?
 
It's best to disavow them by adding them to a disavow file and submitting it to Google. Google will ignore these links when evaluating your website's backlink profile.

SEO is a journey. So build backlinks slowly. Try to do 1 backlink per day or per week, when you feel that it is not needed more. No problem on the same site. It's too bad 300 this month 0 next month.
Always try to steal backlinks from your competitor.
