I am not sure if you knew this but if you register with Google search console (this is the old "webmaster tools") you can have them "fetch" the web page that you want them to index and they will send their bots out to your page.

Webmaster tools, most other services have ceased to be effective.

An easy way to do index for your own domain, if you register in google, you can use the google search console page fetch your link and do submit that.
