Cost for Bulk Telegram Message Delivery Service?

I'm currently developing a bot for my own use to automate telegram message sending using multiple accounts and proxies. And I’m considering turning it into a service. The idea is simple. You provide the message and I will send it automatically to users. Pricing would be based on the number of messages sent. For example $XX to send 100 messages per day for a month. I'm curious to know if this is something you'd be interested in?

Additionally, if you know of any similar services, I’d appreciate insights on their pricing and capabilities, as I haven’t found much information so far.

Excuse my question as I am new to all these: will it be possible to reply to the DM from same account that sent them? I wonder how it will be possible if your are the one sending the dms

It would be great if the program you are writing comes with the feature of sending mass messages to "people in the group we have selected" or those in the chat.
