So, there is a keyword that gets good searches but is not proper English (I could be wrong tho)

For example, lets say the keyword that gets searches is: MS Windows operating system

Isn't the correct one MS Windows is an operating system?

Sorry if I am unable to convey what I want to convey lol.

Basically will I get ranked if I just used the exact keywords in title even if it's not proper English? or will I get penalized for not using proper English?

Search engines prioritize keyword relevance over grammatical correctness. Use any words you want, as long as they are relevant

You can use the exact keyword as it is and it won't affect your site rankings

I would use correct English rather than using exact keywords. The keywords are simply what users are searching for, and Google delivers SERPs regardless of their English skills or laziness in writing. But Google does care for proper grammar and spelling, so you should also care for that. furthermore, I tend to be lazy when searching, using mostly the nouns I am interested in (especially when typing on the phone). But I wouldn't click on a search result with that exact title as I wouldn't expect a good answer when the title is already wrong.

No, it doesn't work like that. Google uses a phrase indexing technique which means, it doesn't matter the true arrangement of the words as far it makes sense for their semantic matrix. Too many big words. Lol.

The important thing to consider is where you're using the keywords. If it is in regular text like these messages, then it's better to be grammatically correct. Google is smart enough to recognize the keywords anyway. But if you're using keywords in tags or so, you can write them just as people would write in a search bar.
