I'd like to learn copywriting for professional use or, if possible, to become a freelance copywriter. Starting from scratch, I have thought of a learning program.
Would you mind giving me your opinion about this program and some hints to improve it.
PS : English is not my first language. I am learning copywriting in French first. After that, I will jump into English copy (another "program" at this time).

My learning Program:
- Learn the basic rules such as Headlins, structures, etc. :
- Read some books on copywriting (The Boron Letters, Ogilvy on Advertising, Scientific Advertising, The Adweek Copywriting, Halbert Copywriting method and The copywriter's Handbook)
- Watch some videos from Neville Medhora's Kopywriting Course and David Deutsch's A lit Copywriting Secrets
- Write learning cards and learn them by heart
- Learn some Psychological principles:
- Read some books
- Get the flow of a copy:
- Handwrite Robert Collier's letters (French version) again and again
- Handwrite Headlines
- Practice:
- Subscribe to emailing lists to receive some ads and try to rewrite them applying the techniques I have got so far
- Contact some online companies to offer my service for free at the beginning
