It would be easier for us if we knew the context, however, you can buy me with "Act now to stay competitive".

Here you go:

Act now to get <special threatment> only available till <date/x numer of products> runs out.

Example:

"Order now to get 20 bucks off your first bottle. Only available till the remaining stock of 438 bottles are sold out. It will take about 1 month till the new supply will arrive. So HURRY. And grap your phone right now. Nothing will change if you don't do it now."

Also: Add lots and lots of PS's in there reenhancing the benefits.

PS: You can model this on nearly any product
PPS: More PS boost response, so do it!
PPPS: Because, the more you tell, the more you sell. (As long as it's relevant)
PPPPS: The number to call is 0000000000
PPPPPS: There will be no more orders accepted if those 438 bottles are sold
PPPPPPS: Act now!

I suggest making a strong emotional tug to finish the copy. It sounds like you have a product or service that will make them more competitive. So, why not close the letter with something like, 'so the choice is yours, you can continue (describe business or activity) and hope that your competition does the same, or you can take advantage of this limited time, risk free opportunity to get X'. I find that when I am writing for a business owner one of the most productive methods is to offer them a solution to a problem and the opportunity to get it before their competitors.

Good one, but I would add something like:

"You know what you should do. Call us now." This implies that the choice should be obvious.

The way you close your sales letter is very important.

Clearly state what action you wish the person reading the letter should take. Don't keep them guessing.
Make it easy for the reader to make that action (ie click here, buy now, call us, etc)
Create a sense of urgency (provide a deadline)
Tell the reader the benefit he stands to gain if he takes action.
