I was reading a niche related PDF book, and out of curiosity I checked some of its content with Copyscape.
Here is the result: No results found for the text you pasted (1,893 words, $0.05) on 23 Jul 2018 at 12:07 GMT.
Questions:
- is it safe to use the content on my website?
- is still Copyscape a good tool for plagiarism check?

Thanks!

I the owner finds your site then you get a DMCA in the best scenario

You but you have to live the rest of your life knowing that you pass other people's work as your own. If you reference the author or the PDF, I don't think it's a problem though.

Hi,

Unsafe, don't attempt "lifting" as the law is stricter now.

Thanks,
C.

The best way to live life is pretty much do your best to re describe what you just read in your own words. After you get stumped during the typing part, read it again. Then do another paragraph or 2 of typing the best way you can. I use to even read out loud in my voice after reading a paragraph of an article/study/whatever you want to call it...... and say what I got from it. Using dragon speaking software, but then you still have to proofread overall. I no longer use this method unless I REALLY need to translate information I am getting through the tv or youtube.

Yes, I am planning to add some of my own content as well. I think that I'll manage to add another 500 words for each 1,000 I'm "stealing".
These texts are so well written that no freelancer ever could deliver such quality.
Willing to try this method as for now I'm sick of paying for "premium content".

Thanks all for your thoughts.
Also please let me know about the Copyscape question. What do you think? Is it ok or should I use another tool?

Copyscape is a good tool for plagiarism checker but it's not safe to use that content on your website. You can face copyright issues.

Hi Mate,

If you're looking for many such things in the future, my guess is let BHW family helped you out - I ran out of ideas!

Regards,
C.
