Copyright Question

Hi all. I am generating a music site with wordpress, and am looking to bulk up content quickly by adding some interview transcripts.

My question is this, can I get away with copying text from an official site?

With images and videos I normally do a 'contact me if you want it taking down' section, and have never had problems there.

Obviously its copyright infringement but I you could probably get away with it. I snipe content from official sites all the time and the worst that has happened to me is I've been asked to take it down. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
