Can i register some like freeiphonex.xyz on name cheap or i will get in troubles?

Even if your chosen domain is "legal", getting on the radar of the trademark owner virtually guarantees you'll lose the domain, unless you have an equally powerful and expensive team of lawyers.

Actually getting such attention is uncommon, but it would remain a constant threat. If you instead go with a brandable or generic domain, you're just about guaranteed to never face such issues.

Actually, you never know.

I've been monitoring a number of sites that are, no doubt trademark infringement. Yet, they have been operating for years, generating income for their owners, while building brand awareness for the company they essentially hijacked the names from.

One such site was built with Site-Build It, around 1999. That site is still up and running, over 15 years later. Go figure...

If your registrar is a US company as well, You will lose your domain probably by an email from Apple, But if you choose a non-US registrar things get harder for Apple and they need to contact WIPO and spend some monies to get your domain and its a long process.
