Copying a landing page = illegal??

Why not just give credit where it is due and be safe? Just put in very small font at the bottom of your site where no one will bother to look?

Or you can just take the stuff completely, I doubt anyone would spend the time and money to go to court over a landing page unless it was bringing in thousands...
