What crime/illegal you done to stay paranoid? If you done nothing wrong and illegal, then you have nothing to fear about.

Leave your house & Don't look behind. Come back after a few hours and everything will be fine.

This usually happens when the cops find out that you have a 1000 terabyte of porn stored in 100s of your HDD's & SDD's. They will just create a back up and leave.

No, that's not true.

This one time when I was around 20 years old I was driving with my girlfriend next to me bitching about something. The girlfriend was French, hot, blue eyes, the whole deal. The music was playing in the car, and I was sitting with my hand hanging out my window, hallucinating from my girlfriend bitching about some problem she had at work or whatever. I was in traffic, on a traffic light. Suddenly I hear something from the outside. I look, and next to me a bit behind in the other lane is a cop car, and they're waving me to turn left on the next left turn and stop.

So I do it. And they proceed to check my papers, search the car, everything. They didn't find anything wrong. They ended up writing me up for 3 tires, because the tires were not in a good condition, supposedly. That was like $50 per tire. So $150 fine for me.

This other time a few years ago I was living in a rented apartment, and cops came knocking on the door next to mine. I heard that they were cops. No one opened the door, so then they knocked on mine. I wondered if I should open, but I figured I'll open, why not. They asked me if I knew some guy, they were looking for some guy. I didn't know who that was, and I was very polite and nice with them.

In the end they're leaving, and this one cop stops and asks me if I have a contract for the apartment. I was renting, and often people around here rent without a contract, which is illegal. I told him I have a contract, of course. He said ok and they left. But why you wanna do me like that? I open the door to you cunts, out of the kindness of my heart, and you just decide in the end to fuck with me a little bit. So if I didn't have a contract, you were gonna fine me? What?

You stay paranoid around these people. If they wanna fuck with you, there are a million laws they can use to fuck with you. They'll fine you, take your money, and fuck up your day. So fuck em, I stay paranoid with cops.

Have you tried going out in their view and take a walk to see if they follow you? If they're here to watch you they would probably follow. They're probably not here for that but if you want to be sure
