Its not the world, this is an issue just in the US and few other "civilized" countries in Europe. Its funny that in many countries, which are really poor and the cops make next to nothing...they are the nicest people and helpful with everything. And you can actually ask them to help and they won't be bothered...

The guy had it coming to him.

He was out at 2 am, probably up to no good. I think its safe to presume he is a gang banger and his parents didn't do their job as far as raising him right. He should not have talked back to the police officer. The police officer was just doing his job.

The guy probably smokes weed and is a thug with a hoodie.
