converting an excel or open office spreadsheet to software

is there any way to do this . have a spreadsheet with multiple links and sites that require manual input at the moment. I was thinking that this could be converted to a one click operation .

Obviously I am not a code guy but would appreciate your help.

Not 100% sure what you're looking to have happen exactly...

PHP can work with Excel files, other websites, and so on.

you can use imacros scripting edition (can be found on site) along with the usual excel macros (vba). works perfect for all your needs. pm me for some help if you need it
