Convert spam into cash

Okay, here is the situation, which is probably not unique. Due to the websites I own, I receive on a regular basis CV's from different people that would like to apply for a job in the United Arab Emirates. So far I considered this as pure spam, but thinking outside of the box, what would be the best way to convert this into money? This goes also for other types of emails that we you are getting on a daily base that seemed to be spam, but may be a source of revenue.

Can you kindly explain on how to convert a spam message into cash?

Sell the info on the CVs?????

Find a job for the applicants and charge a head hunting fee????

What in the world are you thinking?

What I mean is to reply to the email with an offer that could contain for example a survey that needs to be filled.

In this case I will be testing with resume submitting affiliate, as the emails I'm receiving contain CV's, which mean these people are looking to get a job in the UAE.
