Contentlocker/Filelocker help?

Hello guys so im using ogads and wanted to create a content locker more specific i clicked on file locker its one of their incentive tools they offer on their network.so i got my landing page and everything and i can design how the locker is supposed to look like but i have no idea how to trigger the download after they complete the offer.i have a file i wanted offer wich is supposed to be accessible trough the file locker.
