Plenty of things you can do. Anything that involves your hands, assuming there is something good you can do with them. Record what you see on your bike rides, your walks, your car or your bus trips. Or you can just take other people's content and repurpose it (ex. read a book, report with captions etc). Start thinking of what actually allows you to monetize your content.
