Content Scraping Wordpress Plugin

Hey blackhats,
Iam looking for a content scraper plugin for wordpress or something else.
It should scrape and post in queue. Features like Spinning and Translating would be great too. If not are there other ways to spin and translate with a plugin after content was scraped?

It is for news scraping.
