Content locking Pro 2.0 on non-incentive offers - Any risk?

Yes I do it and I've been doing this thing since a few months now. I would strongly suggest you to use multiple networks and different offers. If your CTR is extremely high, then make sure you buy some junk traffic to lower down your CTR.
I use more than 3 affiliate networks at a time and more than 10 offers while using CLP 2.0.

I only see the "blank the referer" option in CLP 2.0, not sure about fake.Don't blank the referrer.Fake it. Can you do that with CLP 2.0?

Yes you can fake it.
Just throw up a website with the offers on there to throw off your Affiliate Manager should he come a looking.
Also make sure your junk traffic comes through the same referrer to avoid it sticking out like a sore thumb.
