I used this way to create unique content before, translate some articles a few times with different languages, and it's unique. but you have to correct the grammar and spelling because it usually generate error spelling and grammar.

Step five is just clicking on 'search' and starting the search. Pick one entry from the resulting list and translate it. I've just tried a couple of documents myself and was pleasantly surprised.
