Can I pull the content I have of a site that is not performing the best, close that site and put it onto a new start up site? And maybe point some of my old web 2.0's from that old site to the new site?
Not now, mate. If you're putting in a redirect, it should be ok. But when Google is nitpicky over content, why would you want to start a site with content which will be flagged as 'copied'?
