Contemptx is a scammer

I purchased backlinking services from this guy for 154 dollars. Since purchasing I have attempted to contact him in every way possible, but to no avail. What makes me more frustrated is knowing that since my purchase he has been back on this site, and hasn't made an attempt to acknowledge me. What else is there that I can do? I would like my money back but I doubt that will happen since I paid with paypal.
