I would like to create a website like that without having to buy this theme.
I'm new to wordpress development, is it possible to create this kind of site from a free wordpress theme ? Any tips to come to something close to that ?

This theme is not hard at all using a good page builder will do the job but Free themes also have some disadvantages. So try buying this theme using a coupon code or use a clean nulled theme from a trusted site.

I Don't use nulled theme if possible. try to find good coupon code and purchase it.
