I charge more than my lawyer charges his clients... I know this because he used me for exactly what you are about to offer.
450.00 - 600.00 per hour is fair in my opinion.
This to me is sales pitch time. I'm not going to hard sell him but by the end of the consultation he's going to be asking me for
the contract.
This is your opportunity to find out everything about his business.
How much he spends and how much are his returns.
Prove to him you can beat that and nail him.
Show him what he wants. More profit for less expenditure and effort.
If they want your knowledge to take elsewhere and punt for a lower price then hit them in the pocket.
Try a non disclosure agreement so they can't show your findings to another consultant and offer
them a reduction if they use your services.
Most of all you want to keep the ball in your court. Everything you present has to be backed up with evidence
so they don't need a second opinion.
Wow them, get them salivating at the mouth and then let them do the buying
