I have about 20 spare accounts, all in different currencies and time zones.

you can buy BMs which haven't created ad account.

then when you create new ad account on the BM,

you can choose currencies and time zones as you want.

One way is to probably buy preconfigured ones with the currencies or time zone you need or better yet, buy an ad account you can configure yourself. You can probably post on the Want to Buy section for that now or check out possible sellers on the Marketplace.

For individual accounts that have been spent I think it would be quite difficult to change the currency and time zone. If your campaign easily get out of control you can buy BM with unlimit account, it can change country and time zone for you but it will be a bit weaker than personal account.
