Considering setting my new PLR site up a little differently

So I'm nearly done setting up my PLR site. I plan to launch it with about 30 brand new PLR bundles that have never been in circulation, all written by professional writers whose names some of you might recognize. I see most people use JVZOO with their PLR sites, and while I've never used JVZOO, I have 10+ years of experience with wordpress and woocommerce. I figure whether I'm going to use Woo or JV, I need to start with the right cornerstones so I'm not switching things up a few months from now. Anyone have experience with this? Can I safely proceed with the woocommerce route for PLR and still make money? Yes, we have an affiliate program as well, by way of WP Affiliates.

Also, before anyone responds with "PLR is dead", I have multiple revenue streams that keep me quite comfortable. Just trying to diversify. Any tips related to Woo + PLR welcome.

jvzoo takes a % of your sales, not really sure what the benefit of using them is, up to you decide if what they offer is worth what they charge. I personally would stick to what i know unless there was a really compelling reason to try them.
