I would go with McGregor, I know it's a risky but profitable bet.

I've got money on Conor to win in rounds 1 - 4.. I'm under no illusions though, he's going to need a miracle to win, but them odds are just so tastey and you just never know what could happen with that left of his!

Anyone who bets on McGregor is not betting with their head, but betting with their heart. Mayweather is undefeated in boxing... McGregor isn't even a boxer (sport based. yes I know he boxes in UFC still). Its common sense that Mayweather will win. The odds are ridiculous honestly, because so many people are betting with their heart and not their head. It should be Mayweather -1000 imo, but instead its floating between -500 to -550.
Mayweather hasn't knocked anyone out in 10 years, so its likely that he will win by decision I think. With that said, I'm betting Mayweather by decision at +220. No way Mayweather loses and given McGregor takes knees and elbows to the head, I think he will withstand the beating Floyd will give him and won't get knocked out. Haven't decided how much I'm putting on it yet, but I'm going heavy on Mayweather by decision.

Betting on a fight like this is the purest example of literally gambling. With zero track record to go with in a situation like this you are literally just guessing blind and hoping to win. Not saying that is a bad thing, I've played roulette before... but unlike most sportsbook I feel there is no way to get an inside edge on the odds here by having a superior knowledge of the game. If I were in Vegas or Macau I'd probably put $20 on the longest odds I could find, just for the heck of it... but if I were looking to make money I'd stick to betting fut or baseball right now.

I don't think they have enough money to make a boxer with a perfect record who might go down as pound-per-pound as one of the all time greats throw a fight to a MMA fighter. I've read Maywather is pushing a billion dollar lifetime purse after this fight, they'd have to offer him the moon for him to throw it.

If he wins he beats Rocky Marciano's record of 49-0. Marciano won 43 of his by knockout.
Personally I don't think this should be classed as a qualifying fight, as he's not fighting a boxer. Otherwise he might as well fight a 1 arm, 1 leg, blind dwarf and go for 51-0 for the next fight.

Totally agreed. Also I feel that the talent pool in boxing is at an all-time low recently because other sports like MMA, and the NFL are taking away the best athletes. Boxing is a shadow of the sport it used to be.
