Confusion about Amazon Affiliate Program! Need HELP!!

Hi, can anyone tell me if I would face any kind of problems if I sign up for affiliate-program.amazon.com and

1. Request affiliate earnings payout from India?
2. Someone outside of USA purchases a product using my link? Will I still get the commission?

1. They'll only send cheque for affiliates living outside US. It usually takes around 10 days to arrive at an address in India
2. If some one buy using your affiliate links, you'll be getting paid whether he is outside or inside US
