Confused regarding choosing content

I want to publish software/apps which are cracked by other crackers on to my own website, such as I may download cracked apk and publish it on my website, If so will there be any problem from the person who cracked it, and as its a blackhat niche website, should I choose non DMCA hosting and what Ad networks may I consider ?

You need dmca ignored hosting and also watch your ass as well because you will start swim with sharks.
