Each tool is giving different cpc , search volume , competition

I mean common ..wtf , I still think Google suggestion is still better ..

Google suggestion is the best. No one knows what is being searched in Google better than Google.

Any numbers you get from third party tools should only be for informational purposes. Example, one of my websites has keywords that show 720 monthly searches. I'm ranking at #8 on page one and get 720 monthly hits for that keyword. What does 1-7 get per month?

Google won't give competition for serp.
 
Take average value of those third party tools, make google as first preference.
 
Honestly Ahrefs is the best I've used, but it's expensive as hell... I'm defs not paying the full price for that.
 
Yup. G's suggestions usually updated and works pretty well on projects
