Confused about facebook ads

Hello I'm a newbie in the blackhat world, I'm a student and have been searching for part-time jobs on Facebook just to see what I can find and I came across a lot of sponsored ads for "big profit" part-time jobs, to get an account u just gotta use a phone number and create a password, you give like and follow to some posts on social media's and they reward you with USDT, done it in one of them for 7 days till my free trial expired and withdrew through a deposit address 10 USDT into a digital wallet and I really got them. They got a ranking system where you can subscribe to the next VIP rank getting more profit, after the free trial u have to subscribe to VIP1 which costs 100 USDT to make it official. There are a lot more sites that are exactly like this or have other teaks to them, what are these?

I see it as a scam

There was a post about it somewhere.
It was removed pretty fast because it looked too much like it was a scam.
It can be legit, but I wouldn't count on it.

Have you talked with someone doing like you?

Seems like an easy way for scammers to get free work
Either you work for a lot of time and get paid little money
Or you end up paying them to work for them and not get paid after that initial payment
