Computer shutdown while followliker was running

I responded on what the problem is and what the solution I found.

Question: Can you make a list of all data files which FL uses? I'd like to know so I can make a backup from time to time, just in case something like this happens to me as well.

Please do the following:
1. Close all opened instances of the software.
2. Right-click on the shortcut/launcher of the software and select "Open File Location" or select "Properties" and then click the "Find Target" button.
3. In the address bar, type \mdb\bin at the end of the line (after "Follow Liker") and press the Enter key. Example: C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Follow Liker\mdb\bin
4. Compress/zip the "data" and "db_dump" folders only.
5. Go to "My Documents", locate the "Follow Liker" folder, compress/zip the folder.
6. Move each compressed/zipped file to a backup device.
Note: You should also do these before you format, reset or system-restore your computer. You can restore the data by simply copying the folders back to where you copied them.

This is an odd one. I have a hunch it's maybe because you are running on a mac which requires a bit more steps to work.

I am running Windows and my pc has often times rebooted while FL is running. When it boots back up, I have no issues to run FL again.

Also, my Avast anitvirus doesn't like FL. I need to turn it off to load FL, or the 'folikr.exe' will be removed. I still don't know how to setup Avast to ignore FL folder. Whitelisting FL folder doesn't help, since it's scanning in real-time.

I just want to let you guys know what worked for me.

After leaving my followliker open for 1 week while I was on vacation.

I came back to realize that the PC crashed. After a hard reset, followliker didnt wanna open anymore.

HERE IS WHAT WORKED FOR ME AND ALLOWED ME TO KEEP ALL MY ACCOUNTS AND SETTINGS IN TACT:

1) Delete only this folder: C:\Users\administrator(or your name)\Documents\Follow Liker
2) Disable Avast antivirus
3) kill any followliker process

And voila.

Everything is back to normal and all settings and accounts settings remain.
