Completely irrelevant explore page out of nowhere

All of a sudden, my explore page now looks like this, "nature, cinematic photoshoot, stars, and random indian clips".

It was completely fine before and this happened all of a sudden, how annoying, and my reels section is completely fine, this is so confusing.

I tried reset content preferences and liked/saved the content I wanna see and still no luck.

Any way to get it fixed please?

Watch more of what you want and it will automatically change after sometime, It might be an IG Bug mostly as this is very rare, heard it for the first time

Good advise.

You have probably watched several Indian clips recently. For me, it just takes watching only "one" clip related to Banana (or anything else) and my explorer will explode with that niche the next morning! IG is pretty serious about what you are watching! ))

Yes its AI bugs sometimes, we dont know what goes behind the scenes lol

No, I really didn't, this is complete surprise.
 
When you start viewing content that you want on your explore page, it will show. Just go to the search bar and search the things you want your explore page to show. That being said, many agencies do this so that it helps when they target US users for there reels to get more exposure.
 
Yeah, IG’s algo can randomly glitch like that. Had the same thing happen — explore page went way off. Took a few days of heavy interaction (likes, saves, comments) on my niche content before it slowly fixed itself. Just stay consistent and avoid random scrolling for now.
