Hi guys, have a question for the SEO-lords, lol.
I'm working on a project which is a platform for local business promotion. In other words, it is a place where some local business owners can register their company and share to visitors with their recent offers and events. I have no product, or service to promote directly, so I can't understand what to do.
So, the question is how can I perform competitors' research in such a niche? Who will be my comp? How to find them? Which principle should I use in such kind of investigation?
I see two ways for now. To search sites ranking on my landing page's KW, but it's too narrow (SEO-agencies sites mostly). Or I can take all sites in this niche (company or service databases mostly).
What do you think of it? Would be appreciated for any advice
