Compare two properties in Google Analytics?

Is it possible to do a side-by-side comparison in Google analytics between two different properties (aka different sites)? Both sites are registered under the same account.

For example, I'd like to compare the page views of site a vs the page views of site b within a specific time range. Basically, I want to analyze the behavior of users that land on the second site from the first one.

Not in the ui but through the API you can do that by pulling data on both
