Company Registration and/or Business Allocation

Hi,

I`m from Croatia, taxes here are 25% and that is not the end of our fees. For a young company like ours it is killing the business and chances to advance and develop our firm and pay employees (we are highly uncompetitive with prices on global market due to tax laws).

I have read that many people opened US business (Delaware) or some location like that.

How is it possible for me like a Croatian / non US to open a company in US and pay US Taxes? Do I register a virtual office and Limited Liability Company?

Also what is the process and best practices that you would suggest?

I also thought about offshore solutions around the globe. Any experience with that?

Hello Marin. I dont recommend to open any Business as long you dont want to end up in a Federal Jail in the US. I know it very easy to open a Company in the US (Delaware, Nevada, Florida and so on), but its totally useless. As soon you are doing Business under your American Company you need to pay Taxes in the US. You can have a US Business same Day, the difficult Part is to obtain a Business Licence, TID & FEIN from State and IRS. Without a Greencard and Social Security Number you will get only in serious Trouble.

Better is to open a Business in somewhere else in Europe with low Tax.

What is the name of your company, @Offshore Banking?

No. My Companies Name is not Offshore Banking. That represents only the Service I provide. And the Russian Email is only to protect me and my Clients. Western Intelligence Agencies dont mess with Russians. Im personally based in Switzerland and working since many Years in the Financial Industry. Best Regards.
