1. Account disabled (Error 273/956/282...)

Due to violating community standards or ad policies.
Checkpoint issues, identity verification, or 2FA problems.
Recently, Facebook's review system has become stricter, often disabling clean accounts by mistake.

2. Ads not approved / constantly rejected

Caused by sensitive wording, violating images, or flagged content.
Facebook's AI sometimes misinterprets clean content.
Issues related to unsafe landing pages or cloaking.

3. Campaigns not spending / unusually high CPM

Untrusted accounts, weak pixels, or unappealing content.
Sometimes due to Facebook system errors or high competition in the market.
4. Ad account restrictions / low spending limit
Unable to run or scale ads even with available funds.
Triggered by account history or suspicious behavior.

5. Business Manager (BM) disabled or restricted

Untrusted BM, reports from others, or flagged IPs.
High risk of being disabled when running sensitive niches.

6. Fanpage restricted or unable to advertise

Negative feedback or unexplained limitations.
New pages are easily restricted if growth appears unnatural.

7. Strict AI moderation with frequent false positives

Meta’s AI increasingly enforces automatic content moderation.
Legitimate content often gets flagged and accounts banned without proper appeal options.

8. Ad delivery algorithm constantly changing

Impacts ad performance significantly.
What worked before may no longer be effective.

Yeah, totally feeling this. Right now, even clean BMs get disabled for no obvious reason. You warm up the account, follow the rules, and boom ,one review and it’s gone. It’s not even about actual violations anymore. Meta’s system is just broken. One flagged IP, one reused domain, and you’re out.
The moderation’s so aggressive lately that legit content gets slammed like it’s cloaked. And good luck appealing , no one reads those. If you’re not operating from a fully warmed setup with trusted signals everywhere, you’re basically flipping a coin every time you launch.

Yes, Meta's system is currently down. We are not in violation but they still inexplicably disabled it

Just had another FB account restricted from advertising – out of nowhere.
BM was warmed.
Page was aged.
Payment clean.
Still got nuked.

Absolutely seeing the same pain points across stacks right now.
What’s hitting the hardest for us lately is inconsistent review behavior — sometimes even warmed-up profiles and verified BMs get hit without warning.
Meta’s system seems increasingly pattern-based — not just about policy, but how assets are linked together.

FB is tightening up on account issues, it seems that accounts that pay taxes, use the right country with ads that don't violate policies are advertising very well.

Thank you for sharing very useful nowadays accounts are clean and have good spending history but sometimes still flagged and locked unexpectedly for no reason maybe recently the moderation department is very very high so the rejection rate is increasing

Currently Facebook has many problems with accounts and fanpages that are always abnormal and lead to death. Currently there is no solution for this problem.

Avoid sensitive content, use trusted pages and BMs, limit IP changes, and keep your pixel and account clean. Focus on natural-looking content, check landing pages carefully, and always have backup accounts/plans to reduce dependency.

Since Facebook applied AI to censorship, we have encountered many difficulties.

This is so true. Before Facebook is nothing but a freedom platform now it is very restricted and it feels crowded.

These days Facebook is tough, accounts, ads, and pages get restricted often, even when everything looks clean.

And to think that my most used channel is WhatsApp for personalized ads, and it’s linked to a BM account. How am I going to deal with all these issues BM is facing? Is there another way to broadcast advertising messages on WhatsApp without needing a BM account?

Your sharing is very true. The Meta system is facing many problems, causing difficulties for advertisers.
